LFW 2014: The makeup trends I’m loving so far

It’s a few days into London Fashion Week and I’ve already been eyeing up the makeup looks that have been down the runway. For fashion, it’s going to be a while before the Autumn/Winter 2014 trends hit the high street, but when it comes to beauty it’s fairly easy to start taking inspiration before spring comes around.

Here are just a few of my favourites from the designers:

Burberry

Cara Delevingne sported her usual power brows, with a subtle, matte smokey eye and a nude lip. I loved the tousled, unkempt hair too.

Topshop Unique

Topshop went a little grungey, looking Taylor Momsen circa Gossip Girl (just a little more wearable) with smudged lower lash eyeliner and an understated complexion. Jourdan Dunn (top) looks amazing.

House of Holland

Matthew Williamson

One of my favourite make up artists, Lisa Eldridge was behind the makeup looks at Matthew Williamson. She described the coppery smokey eye and bold, berry lip as ‘Studio 54 meets Anjelica Huston’, and I love the 70’s idea; especially the glowy cheeks.

I can’t wait to try out these looks; which one was your favourite?
